Return To Me Programme - Inside Cover & page 3
Large pic of Charles opposite message on a St James Palace letterhead:
I am delighted that tonight's charity premiere of 'Return To Me' will benefit the work of The Prince's Trust - Scotland.
Since it was set up in 1976, The Prince's Trust has supported over 50,000 young people in Scotland. Some 5,000 have completed the three month personal development programme which uses teamwork in the community to help young people gain confidence and skills and to improve their job prospects. Many more have benefitted from our residential conference-building courses and have received direct financial assistance through our awards programmes. But there is still much more to do. There are many young people in Scotland who need our help and whom we have not yet reached. With your generous support, we will be able to do so.
I particularly want to thank Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc and United International Pictures for once again supporting my Trust, together with all the actors, actresses and the many others who are with us tonight. the support which you have given will make a real difference to the lives of many young people in Scotland and give them opportunities which they would not otherwise have. I could not be grateful to you.
I hope that you all have a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
