Upcoming X-Files Episode Photos
I've got a few new photos posted at the X-Files Video Archive of a future episode of The X-Files that includes our Agent Mulder!
Season 3 DVD's Are BACK!
For whatever reason, the Season 3 DVD's link at Amazon.com was coming back as a 404. I contacted Amazon and they claimed that they had never linked them in the first place. So... How I was able to pre-order them? ;) Well, the set is once again linked and available for
pre-order at 30% off. The target release date is May 8, 2001. They also posted the cover art.
The Gift
For those that missed the update at the X-Files Video Archive, head over to view 7 video clips. Tex from ddgallery.net has some killer screen caps posted and you should all visit Chimerical's Season 8 Gallery for all the latest Mulder photos. Thanks ladies!

New Evolution Goodies
Hi Everyone! Well, like the majority of David fans, I'm counting down the days, hours, and seconds to the release of "Evolution." Thanks to the official Evolution website, the wait doesn't have to be as excruciating. A wonderful Evolution screensaver was added to the site today. In addition, Ivan has created a new wallpaper design for download. Thanks Ivan! Be sure to check them both out!
The Return of Mulder
How wonderful was it to see David in The X-Files opening credits again? Yes, February is a great month - and I'm not just partial to it because it's my birth month - but because we get even more David during February sweeps! I'm sure Gertie will have a DuchovnyFull recap of his appearance on the show last night.

Season 3 DVD News
The X-Files Season 3 DVD's will be released on May 8, 2001 and can now be pre-ordered from Amazon.com.
On the Set of Evolution
Thanks to Pam's Up-To-The-Minute-News update yesterday and all the good people who filled my mailbox with "heads ups" I was able to catch the repeat of E! News Daily. Here is an interview with Orlando Jones on the set, which includes some words from and shots of David. A downloadable low bandwidth real media file is here (1 Mb.) and an MPEG (3.5 Mb.) is here. I didn't have time to stream the clip, but will do that tonight when I archive, so if you are on a slow connection, check back tomorrow. And I'll bet good money that the fabulous Tex over at ddgallery.net will have her high quality screen caps up later.

New TV Guide Promo
cj from gaddarchives.com has a scan of the new TV Guide ad posted on her news page. Can't wait for that episode! Thanks cj!
Babysitter Screen Caps
OK, if you didn't love me before, it is now required, since I spent 2 hours on Saturday watching Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead. (David is in about a total of 4 minutes and I couldn't remember which scenes were his, so I watched the whole thing...) Here is the payoff, some nice big screen grabs directly from the DVD. David does a good slimeball.
Je Souhaite Tonight
Since the Superbowl is today, The X-Files is a re-run of Je Souhaite. There are highlights at the X-Files Video Archive including one of my top ten favorite Mulder!Moments, The Bitch Conversation. There is also the 'Shipper coveted Caddyshack Conversation. *sigh* I miss Mulder...

Humbug Screen Grabs
There are 211 new screen captures over at the DVD Screen Grabs Archive from Humbug. That episode had my husband and I absolutely slap happy, even though we've seen it about 5 times. Incredible humor.
DuchovnyForum.com
Announcing the opening of a new David/Mulder chat area called DuchovnyForum.com! A bunch of Webmasters got together (most of us with our own boards already) and decided to pool our resources and come up with one whopping forum exclusively for The Man, The Myth, The Monotone. Please stop by and say "HI!"
Graphic Creation Contest
I've always wanted to do a contest here at DuchovnyNet, but the right time just hasn't come up. But, with the launch of the new message board, it was the perfect opportunity to hold one! If you are a designer and want to participate, all of the requirements are posted here. I can't wait to see what you all come up with! I'm always amazed at some of the talent out there. Prizes include David's movies and posters.

New Video Clip
Another clip for you from Shakerbaker's collection! It is a interview from 1995 with Jerry O'Connell on the Fox Lot in Vancouver when Sliders and The X-Files were both Fox shows. Jerry meets up with David and X-Files co-star Gillian Anderson for a game of basketball. You can view the clip here. As always, thanks for all the early stuff Shakers!

New "David in a Swimsuit" Video Clip
Thanks to Shakerbaker, here is another clip I had never seen before. It is David being interviewed by Lisa Mann of Entertainment Tonight on the set of Playing God in his swimsuit. What are ya doing Shakes? Trying to kill us?
xfilesUK.com/New David Article
The X-Files United Kingdom Transmission Guide has a beautiful new look and a new transcript of a David appearance. It is a Return to Me Edinburgh premiere interview. Very cute! Thanks Mark!

David on Access Hollywood
If you missed David on Access Hollywood I have clips and screen grabs available. FYI, during the interview, taped Jan. 3, 2001, David confirms he "probably" won't be back for a 9th season of The X-Files and that he feels an X-Files movie sequel should only be done after the television series ends.
Charity Donations
Two new charity donations went out this morning. I decided to take the donation money and split it in half this time ($237.89 to NCCC and $237.89 to PEDAIDS) because of the desire to gift the Norris Cotton Cancer Center in fanfic writer Leyla Harrison's name. Leyla suffers from melanoma, the only fatal form of skin cancer. She was cancer free for over two years, but recently found out that the cancer has returned to both her stomach and her lungs. I received a nice e-mail from Nicola Simpson, a good friend of Leyla's, and she says, via Leyla:
"If
people want to send donations in my name, I would really love knowing
that the hospital and research facility that is treating me would get
some support. I can't begin to tell you the humanity and kindness every
single person there has shown me (doctors, nurses, techs, clerical
staff, *everyone*). They have been amazing. They also do more research
for melanoma and more clinical trials than any other medical center at
the moment."
So, there you go. My hopes and prayers are with Leyla and her family. If you would like to help NCCC in honor of Leyla, send donation to:The Friends of the Norris Cotton Cancer Center

David on Access Hollywood
According to yesterdays Access Hollywood website, David was supposed to be on today. Well, typical of AH, he wasn't. Actually, I'm not really too upset because our dear Governor gave his State of the State address during the first 20 minutes of the show. I'll have the clip with grabs up tomorrow. (Don't get too excited. The only new scene of David is the back of his head. Everything else is archive footage, mostly of the TV Guide Awards.)

On the Set of Evolution
There was a short segment on Entertainment Tonight last night with David on the set of Evolution and thanks to Pam-A-Lamb-A-Ding-Dong's "VCR ALERT!" I was able to catch the rerun and create video clips and screen captures for anyone that missed it. You can view a streaming media file, Real Media downloadable file or an MPEG at the Multimedia Archive and/or you can view the photos here. (Who else is diggin' David's blonde streaks?) Thanks again Pam and the rest of you cool folks who e-mailed about the clip!!
New Photos
I've got 2 great new photos of David and Téa from the Return to Me premiere. Here is pic 1 and pic 2. There are also new photos over at the DVD Screen Grab Archive from the episode Shapes.
Art Work from Talented Philes
There are several new pieces of Art Work posted at the DVD Screen Grab Archive and there are also 2 new wallpapers posted here at DN's Wallpapers by the talented Theresa, who created the awesome Hollywood A.D. collage below. Thanks so much for brightening our PC's!
Slide Show/Video Archive
The Rhythm of the X-Files, a site created by myself, Laurie of Xemplary and Ivan of DDNP has been updated with some new Mulder goodies! Not archived yet, but worth a huge HEAD's UP! is Khristine's new slideshow Wonderful. Yummy! Also, check out this incredible new video created by Shakerbaker called We Don't Need Another Hero. She's my favorite... Have a wonderful vacation Shakes!
Duchovny Happenings Around the WWW
With Christmas, New Years, and Téa's movie release, I have been extremely busy. On top of that, I'm losing my SimpleNet account on January 15 and have been working on transferring The FredFarm over to it's new home. (The date really crept up on me!) I've been out-of-touch David-wise so I thought I'd post some news that is going around on other people's fantastic fansites:
Ivan has been doing an absolutely kick ass job at keeping us all updated on David's new movie Evolution. We are supposed to be co-webmasters for the site, but the first thing I have contributed is the ET stuff today. Thanks Ivan!! What would we do w/o you? cj of gaddarchives.com has a great photo from the current Entertainment Weekly of what David would look like if he had been in Tom Hanks place in Cast Away. Thanks cj! Daniel at Fandom recently posted an editorial from a Phile named Peter called Season 8 at a Glance. I'm not going to go into the content of the editorial, but let's just say it wasn't very complimentary to Mr. Duchovny and brought up some tired, old issues. Much to Daniel's credit, he followed up the editorial with 3 more opinions, Vickie Moseley: The Loyal Opposition, Monica Duff: A Rebuttal, and Anna Graham: The Journey. Kudos to Vickie, Monica, and Anna for sticking up for our favorite actor/FBI Agent! And kudos to Daniel for allowing their voices to be heard. And last, but certainly not least, head over to deej's MulderArt for some incredible new Duchovny/Mulder eye candy. **sigh**
Happy New Year! Created by Theresa.

To celebrate the rerun of Hollywood A.D. (second only to Bad Blood as my favorite X-Files episode) tonight on FOX, I have created several clips from the production dallies for the episode. You can see three different camera angles and versions of Mulder and Scully's "Ed Wood Conversation" and three different Lazarus Bowl audience scene outtakes. Go to the X-Files Video Archive Outtakes page for the complete listing. (I also have the entire B-Roll up from last year as well.) And if you'd like to re-live the actual episode online, I have up oodles of clips including The Trailer,
The Audience,
The Bubble Baths,
The Original Ed Wood Conversation,
The Graveyard Scene,
The Movie Set Conversation,
Run Scully, Run!, and
5 Episode Press Kit Clips. Told ya I loved this ep... Happy New Year and Happy Birthday Hippy Chick!

Téa on Live with Regis
I know I said I wasn't going to be announcing Téa's Archive updates here, but I didn't want any of you to miss her wonderful interview with Regis Philbin from December 20. They talked about David's stint on WWTBAM and how Madeline got her nick-mane "West." Priceless! Much thanks to Beth for sending me the tape as I missed it when it first aired.

Roland Screen Captures
The second to the last episode from the Season 1 DVD's (Roland) is now posted at the DVD Screen Grab Archive. The only episode left is Shapes which should be up tomorrow. Then I can concentrate on Season 2 again without feeling guilty about neglecting The X-Files' freshman year.

Official Season 8 Photos
The Official X-Files site posted two wonderful new photos of Mulder from season 8 (photo 1 and photo 2) and the Official FOX site in Spanish posted a fantastic Mulder season 8 wallpaper. It can be downloaded in 3 different sizes: 640x480, 800x600, and 1024x768. Thanks everyone who sent those in!
Téa's Press Junket
Be sure to check Téa's site for The Family Man news and David references. It's becoming too time consuming to update this page when I update her page. (Does that make sense?)

The Family Man/Téa
Téa was on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night and the interview was littered with David mentions. Head over to Leoni Online for clips and screen grabs!
Sunday December 17, 2000
Well folks, I miss Mulder as much as you all do and to help ease the Mulder withdrawals I have some new outtakes over at the X-Files Video Archive. They are clips of production dallies from Sein Und Zeit. Yep... that scene! I will have clips from Via Negativa up after the satellite broadcast. Any Mulder!Mentions will be posted. Another way I helped myself ease Mulder!Withdrawl was by creating my first slideshow. It's very 'Shippy and done to the song Get Here by the wonderful Oleta Adams. You can view it here. Be sure to check out Rhythm of the X-Files for a bunch of archived slideshows by other Philes.
